ONE Wellness Opens with a Variety of Wellness Options




ONE Wellness is a new holistic wellness center located at 4110 Fitzhugh Avenue, offering a unique range of classes, services and workshops to cultivate and balance the mind, body and spirit in a relaxing community atmosphere. 

      ONE Wellness is a serene, inclusive space for discovering one’s inner strength, connecting with others and aligning with a higher purpose. Its programs offer a portal to become centered, improve health and enjoy a greater sense of well-being. Their expert practitioners provide specialized and individualized massage, healing arts and natural skin care services.

      For those looking to move and sweat or stretch and unwind, ONE Wellness presents a variety of options each day. Classes are designed for all levels and ages, and include meditation, yoga, pilates, Nia, qigong and Falun Gong.
