Workshops to Prepare the Ideal Meal

Diane George

Are you looking for the solution to healthy meal planning? Diane George, owner of The Ideal Meal, is now conducting two-hour Healthy Meal Prep workshops in the Midlothian area to teach participants how to create nutritious meals with fresh, organically grown produce, a wide variety of spices and a short list of other ingredients. “Our plant-based meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, egg-free and allergen-friendly, and will never include chemicals or ingredients you cannot pronounce,” says George. Each meal serves four to six people for as little as $4 to $5 per serving, with new recipes each month.

George found herself spending a majority of her days in the kitchen, trying new recipes and striving to get the most nutritious meals on the table for herself and her family. This year, she took on a new role of Prep4Health coach to help spread healthy meal prep services out into the community. Her goal is to help moms and families learn how easy it can be to get healthier ingredients into meals and onto their tables at an affordable price.

Cost is $169 and includes six meals. For more information, call 804-464-8244 or visit TheIdealMeal4U.com.
