Lisa Cusano, of Earth Essentials RVA, has partnered with Balance Within Therapies to create a new series of children’s aerial yoga classes at its West End location. Cusano was inspired and trained by Yogapeutics founder Lindsey Lienick to create this unique program for the RVA community.

Using the aerial hammock, children are encouraged to move with mindfulness while building their critical thinking skills. Through this play, children create confidence in themselves and gain a sense of community through group exercises. Short sessions run throughout the summer and the full 12-week program begins in September.
