Lucid Living Opens New Space on Grace

The holistic healing and wellness center, Lucid Living, has relocated downtown to 300 East Grace Street. Lucid Living, a place to find and create community and healing, was founded on a passion for helping others on their individual journeys of the self, through the self and to the self. Owner Natasha Foreman created Lucid Living to help people find a realistic approach to a mindful lifestyle and is happy to be a part of their journey, no matter what phase it is in.

The new studio offers group yoga classes and sound concerts. Individual healing services may be booked with one of their gifted healing practitioners for intuitive massage, Thai bodywork, reiki healing, sound therapy, Aromatouch and yoni steams.
