Fall Foraging Course
Harvest wild edible plants with an experience forager, Alison Meehan. After learning how to identify 20 delicious, wild plants found right here in the greater Richmond area, we’ll harvest what we’ve learned & prepare a few dishes together: salad, frittata with wild greens, ice cream with a wild spice, muffins, sassafras tea & cooked greens.
