Myofascial Release & Yoga Nidra Workshop
During this workshop learn to release restrictions in order to unlock habitual areas of tension while improving sleep, balancing the nervous system, and healing psychological trauma.
Led by Nitika Achalam ERYT500 & Rachel Hilton, this workshop will provide you with lasting self-care tools to help relieve pain, increase range of motion, and improve the quality of your rest. Learn about the fascia with Rachel Hilton and explore self-myofascial release techniques for tissue resilience, recovery, hydration, and immune function. Take a deep dive into Aromatherapeutic Yoga Nidra with Nitika Achalam and practice the art of detailed sleep meditation to allow your mind and body to slip into a profound state of relaxation. Aromatherapeutic Eye Pillows and self-myofascial release props will be provided. Bring your own yoga mat or there will be a few available to borrow.
