Our First Book Signing! Did you know that our very own Ginjer is an author?!

Join us on Friday, January 24th for a book launch AND a Nia 52 moves class - with the theme of ANIMALS! The book signing is FREE and will take place from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Kids are welcome! There will be animal themed snacks - yum!

The Nia class is FREE for members and drop-in rates apply. Absolutely NO experience is necessary. Feel free to dress in your wildest animal prints and join us for this fun way to start the weekend.
