Our retreat offers time and space to slow down, quiet the mental chatter, and experience the healing magic of conscious movement.
Marybeth and Niki will guide and support you as you go on a journey of movement as medicine for your body, mind and spirit. We’ll share tools and techniques to nourish and heal the body, mind and spirit.

Return home with a deeper understanding of how to incorporate physical practices into your life; understanding that the purpose of your practice is not to look a certain way, but to enjoy a healthy and joyful state of living.
Open to everyone; all levels of yoga experience. Program may be of particular interest to caregivers and individuals living with chronic stress, injury, or illness.
