Slow Flow Online Yoga Class
No previous experience required. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Each class begins with a moment of self-study, inviting you to consider your needs, find a steady and comfortable place in yoga postures, and create space in your body, mind, and spirit. The class includes a focus exploring personal alignment and adjustments with props to make the practice your own.
