Each class begins with a moment of self-study, inviting you to consider your needs, find a steady and comfortable place in yoga postures, and create space in your body, mind, and spirit. The class includes a focus exploring personal alignment and adjustments with props to make the practice your own. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that helps with releasing tension in our various bodies (the physical body, the mental/emotional body, the energetic body).This practice is designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your entire being. During these times of rapid change, stillness can be hard to access. However, it is stillness that facilitates the integration of experiences and understanding. The intention of offering this practice is to create an accessible tool that may help in the processing and understanding of our changing realities.
No previous experience required. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
