Chair yoga is accessible to every body!

Increase flexibility, range of motion, balance, and body awareness.

Poses are done seated, except for standing balancing poses using a chair for support as needed. No mat or floor work.

As a registered nurse and experienced yoga teacher, my focus is on promoting wellness and safety.
