Beginner Yoga is a balanced practice that incorporates basic yoga postures, breath awareness and relaxation. Classes may include floor work, balance poses, supported inversions such as shoulder stand, along with core work and gentle back bends. Restorative poses end the class followed by a guided relaxation. Instructor is Kerry Shultz, RYT 500. Kindly register in advance in order to get the Zoom link.
