This virtual class is for those experiencing challenges engaging or "letting go"of the pelvic floor muscles. Class is designed to strengthen and relax this area of the pelvis; breathing and deep relaxation included. Co-teachers are Kerry Shultz, E-RYT 500 and Sandy Axelson, RYT 500.
