Sessions will feature a brief talk on self-compassion, a guided meditation, and group sharing.
Showing yourself compassion and care will be important as you move through the coming months. We are entering what is likely to be the 'winter of discontent'! Even with hopeful news of vaccines, we likely will continue to live with restrictions and worry for a few more months. Join Susan for this weekly practice-focused self compassion program. There is no “homework” between sessions, just an easy hour each week to take in something good for YOU.
