Looking for a gentle practice that can help lower your heart rate and blood pressure, improve your flexibility and balance, and reduce your stress? Qigong is one of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The first half of this session will share information about Qigong, its role in TCM, and the health benefits that come with regular practice. In the second half of the session you will have the opportunity to experience Qigong practice for yourself! Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for gentle and easy movement.
