Chair Yoga and Balancing! Weekly classes on Zoom

Flexibility, range of motion, and balancing - All poses are in a chair except for standing balancing using a chair for support as needed.

Chair yoga and balancing every Tuesday 10-11 am (Eastern time) on Zoom. $10/class

Each class includes 1) seated poses to increased flexibility and range of motion and 2) balancing standing poses using the chair for support as needed.  Reduce your risk of falls!
