QiGong

Lower heart rate and blood pressure, improved flexibility and balance, and reduced stress - these are all reported benefits of the practice of Qigong.
Qigong is one of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Across the course of four classes you will learn a Qigong sequence to help improve your physical and mental health. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for gentle and easy movement.
