Retreat Day: Sat Jan 8 9:30am-2pm

Location: In person at the Innerwork Center & virtual on zoom (some sessions in person and some on zoom)

Layering stresses from your personal and professional life on top of things like the 24/7 news cycle and political upheaval can put your body in a constant state of red-alert. The instinctual survival response can be helpful if you’re being chased by a tiger, but not if you’re trying to get dinner on the table!
