Join Project Yoga Richmond Ambassador Ravi McPhee in this weekly class supporting Project Yoga Richmond's mission to provide yoga and mindfulness programs that are affordable and accessible to ALL!
This class will incorporate movement, breath, and mediation. Move in any way that makes you feel good! This is an all levels, hatha based, vinyasa style practice that is accessible for all. This collaborative class relies on the basics of yoga to strengthen students' mind/body connection and all proceeds support Project Yoga Richmond's yoga outreach programs- so it strengthens your connection to your community too!
We meet at Island Yoga Fitness (1229 Hull St, Richmond, VA 23224).
