The Five Tibetan Rites enhance mental clarity and memory, balance the hormones, improve health and support emotional well-being. The Rites are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga similar to the yoga series that originated in India. Class is facilitated by Kim Leibowitz, E-RYT 500.
