Learn to use somatics and mindfulness to increase awareness, stability, and ease. Somatic movement integrates the mind and body to help us move beyond automatic thoughts and actions and develop understanding and control over our lived experiences. By accessing information available in the body, we learn to first recognize and observe our conditioned tendencies and habits in thoughts and behavior, to then better recognize moments of choice where we can start to turn automatic reactions into skillful choices. Learn to embody new patterns and capacities, and maintain steadiness and resilience regardless of our external context.
