Take time to pause and breathe in community through our NEW virtual lunchtime meditation group. We will meet every Thursday on Zoom from 12-12:45 for a guided meditation and opportunity for group sharing. The themes will vary each week with a surprise facilitator from the IWC each session! Beginner to experienced practitioners are welcome. You will receive the Zoom link after registration. Please check your junk/spam folder for your receipt for this event. We will share your email address with the facilitator of this program for communication specific to the class.
