Happy New Year, we made it to 2024! This year will mark my 49th year around the sun, and as I reflect on my life so far, I wanted to share some thoughts with you. My journey has not been without its challenges. The mirror reflects not only physical changes, but also the silent lessons learned along the way—the joys, the sor rows, the victories and the defeats.

So, here’s the deal: When I look in the mirror, I see some changes happening. My hair is not as dark as it used to be—there are many silvery strands popping up. Also, my face has these lines that tell stories, like the adventures of life etched on my skin. And, the persistent whisper of lower back pain is a constant reminder that I’m not a spring chicken anymore!

But do you know what? I think there’s something beautiful about growing older. It’s like
a painting with more colors and stories. Aging is not just about the number of candles
on the cake; it’s about the experiences that make us who we are.

In this issue, we embark on a collective journey—one that acknowledges the inevitabili-
ty of aging, but celebrates the beauty in embracing it with grace. We delve into practical tips, expert insights and heartfelt stories that illuminate the path to aging with poise, wisdom and a sense of humor.

As I’m getting ready to turn 49, I want you to be a part of this adventure with me. Let’s
make aging something to smile about, something to celebrate. I invite you to join me in
embracing the journey of aging with open hearts and minds. Together, let us redefine the narrative of growing older, turning each page with a sense of gratitude for the experiences that shape us together.

Thank you for being an integral part of the NARVA community—a space where we
celebrate not just the years we accumulate, but the lives we lead.

Wishing you health, happiness and a graceful journey ahead.

Warm regards,
Regina
