Mary Emily Simon, a transformational life coach, speaker, travel facilitator and Ageless Grace educator, celebrates the grand opening of her Creating a New Normal coaching business and Positively Ageless retreat space for movement, meditation and mindful thought inquiry. The mission of Simon’s business is to help transitioning Boomer women and men discover and switch on their inherited power of wholeness and success in creating a “new normal” for living life fully and experiencing meaning, joy, peace and freedom. Nestled in the woods of Midlothian and surrounded by nature, the transformational, private and tranquil retreat space provides opportunities to explore, discover and navigate the soul.  

Currently scheduled offerings include Ageless Grace Movement for Brain Health classes, as well as private coaching for Boomers in transition. Simon will lead a retreat, Rest, Play, Create and Mastermind, in Sedona, Arizona from September 27 to October 3.
