New Year Sound Bath at Innerwork

Dec 01, 2025 02:02AM ● By Catherine Atienza
Kelley Farlow will conduct a transformational and restorative evening of sound meditation, intention setting and energy clearing from 5 to 7 p.m., December 31, at The Innerwork Center, incorporating a selection of flower essence remedies and ceremonial herbs to help refresh and restore the mind and body. The special event will begin with a smudging and intentionsetting ritual followed by an hour of sound meditation, ending with a dose of flower essence remedies that can be added to a water bottle or received via an energy-clearing mist.

She says, “This particular session will focus on clearing and aligning all energy centers, with a primary focus on the Root Center for Capricorn Season. Capricorn energy welcomes a sense of ambition, discipline, sensitivity and practicality. Connecting with these energies can help strengthen and energize our visions, goals and dreams while encouraging seriousness and honesty. When balanced, the root chakra provides a healthy sense of security, stability, groundedness and ability to withstand and work through any challenges that arise.”

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to start time. This program is not appropriate for those using a pacemaker. Pregnant women in their third trimester should consult a doctor before attending.

Cost is $35/$60/$70. Location: 213 Roseneath Rd., Richmond. Register at InnerworkCenter.org.
