Natural Awakenings Richmond

The Wellness Village Welcomes New Practitioners

The Wellness Village, a group of individual holistic health practitioners, welcomes two new practitioners. Re:form Richmond, a specialized Pilates studio, has added certified teacher Liz King. Along with owner Brooke Fricke, King is licensed to teach Buff Bones, a medically endorsed strength- and balance-building workout for people with osteoporosis and other bone disorders. They are the only Pilates instructors in Central Virginia licensed to teach this program.

Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine practitioner, Kristina Allred, is now seeing patients full time at Path Acupuncture. Allred holds a master’s degree from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her treatments include acupuncture, Chinese Physiotherapy, moxibustion and custom herbal diagnosis and prescription.

The Wellness Village offers full-time, convenient access to a wide variety of health and wellness practitioners all under one roof.
