Get Waisted in RVA

There’s a new, local program available that’s designed to help folks lose weight and achieve optimal health by eating real, whole foods. The program, Get Waisted, combines classes, weekly weigh-ins, extensive online support, recipes and menu plans with shopping lists.
Personal trainer, Jen Fournelle, is Richmond’s local director. Internist, Dr. Mary Wendt, and chef, Tess Challis, are Get Waisted’s co-founders. The program is based on behavioral science in combination with sound nutritional research, delicious food and holistic support.
