Training for Women at Moy Yat Kung Fu

Nov 04, 2016 06:31PM

Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy of Richmond is now offering Ving Tsun women’s classes from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. Ving Tsun, a martial art developed by a woman and named after a woman, teaches how a smaller, weaker person can defeat a stronger, larger one by using physics and structure, instead of strength.

Grandmaster Anthony Moy Tung states, “Everyone should learn how to protect themselves. Our women’s classes offer a comfortable and safe place to come get in shape, feel more confident and learn how to develop devastating punching power, speed, accuracy and timing. No egos, just real kung fu for real self-defense.”
