Nitya has been offering family and children's yoga programs for over 14 years in the RVA community and around the USA. This Family Yoga Workshop will include a fun yoga adventure to Farmer Brown's Farm on Halloween night. Plus we will learn breathing practices for adopting healthy outlets for anger, frustration and anxiety for more peaceful resolutions for those challenging family upsets. Up to 4 family members for this Donation Based Class. We will encourage everyone to register for the 6 week Family Yoga Class running in November - December.
