Safe and effective extra gentle yoga for increased flexibility, range of motion, improved balance, and mindfulness. A chair is used for seated poses with some standing and balancing poses using the chair for support. Resistance bands are used for upper body toning. Perfect for those with mobility challenges, injury recovery, arthritis, and/or if you just desire a slower paced class.
