Bhakti Flow combines the dynamic energy of vinyasa yoga with the grace of Bhakti Yoga, or chanting.

Open to all levels, with an emphasis on growth. Recommended for yoga with 6 months steady practice. Inform the instructor if you have less than 3 months steady practice. Bhakti Flow combines the dynamic energy of vinyasa yoga with the grace of Bhakti Yoga, or chanting. Begin with centering and space to cultivate a personal intention. Then move into a strong vinyasa-style practice with sun salutations to build heat and sync breath with movement; creative sequencing that emphasizes postural alignment; freedom to discover your own flow; and a release into savasana. Class concludes with the instructor serenading students with Sanskrit chants accompanied by her harmonium (Indian pump organ), or an invitation to join in call-and-response chanting.
