Our breath has immense medicinal value and offers us an indispensable dial to fuel our bodies vehicles, ridding of disease. Oxygenating spaces within that were once asleep, affords us the opportunity of waking up to our highest potential. The Art of Breath series has been designed to take you on a journey, reaching a deeper and meaningful connection with your breath (and in turn, with yourself) which will result in clarity, activating creating, processing stuck and stored emotion, grounding and a sense of feeling safe in the body, neutralizing of the ego, forgiveness of self- and others, a strong sense of connectedness ( to your body, to your community, to your heart, to your mind, to the world) supporting healthy Endocrine function, supporting healthy lung function, immunity boost, dissolving tension and anxiety, and more. In this 4 week course, join facilitator Alison Hord to break through barriers and heal in a supportive group. There will be active breathing, as well as learning about the benefits of this breath.

Open the mind, free the heart, heal the spirit. Wear comfortable clothing, bring layers of clothing as breathwork may cause body temperature changes, and a journal.
