New Books on the Way From Cheryl Pallant

Cheryl Pallant

Cheryl Pallant, an energy medicine practitioner, dancer, teacher and author, has written two new books: a poetry collection, Her Body Listening, and a nonfiction book, Flesh Matters. The books will be published in 2017 by McFarland and Company in North Carolina. In addition, a chapter on “Dance, Zen and Evolutionary Spirituality” will appear in Spiritual Herstories from Intellect Books in London.

Her Body Listening poetically documents Pallant’s final year in Healing Touch training. Flesh Matters is based on her class, Writing From the Body, that combines body awareness and movement with writing and meditation. Her writing reflects her experience in energy healing, meditation and the moving, expressive body.

As a certified reiki and Healing Touch practitioner, Pallant sees clients with physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual challenges. Passionate about awakening the potential in others, she has a deep sense for how individual bodies heal and how to cultivate creativity.
