Self Compassion Essentials

Slow down and put yourself first for a change, and learn why that’s so important! Learn tips for better self-care and mindfulness techniques to help you practice self-compassion in this introductory session. No meditation or mindfulness experience necessary. This is for you if you’re “too hard on yourself,” would like to accept difficult feelings instead of fighting them and you’re open to the work of self-discovery, even when it’s challenging.
