Energetic Interval Yoga - Online Class
This class will strengthen and stretch every muscle in your body. It incorporates alternating repetitive movements like lunges and planks with calming breathing techniques and traditional yoga postures. The bulk of this class is based around the principles of hatha yoga while incorporating pilates for intervals of higher intensity. Some classes include short meditative sessions that incorporate poetry, mantra or yogic philosophy. If you’re new to yoga or come from an exercise background, Energetic Interval Yoga will satisfy your desire to build heat as well as serve as an introduction to breathwork and asana (poses). This class is suitable for all levels and ages.
