Practicing Presence
This all-levels vinyasa flow class harnesses mindful movement, breath, meditation, and relaxation to heal our relationship to the present moment. We'll practice sun salutations and use both standing and floor poses to reconnect with our bodies and cultivate mindful presence. All are welcome in this recovery and trauma-informed class.
This class supports Project Yoga Richmond's mission to provide yoga and mindfulness programs that are affordable and accessible to ALL!
