This will be a small group beginner level workshop with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Be prepared for a hands-on experience, where you will learn as we go, step-by-step. We will discuss fermentation science, food safety, modifications, and health benefits. We will enjoy a sampling of Twisted Carrot Farm ferments. All supplies will be provided.
