Bright Body Boutique is now open in Carytown at 3319 West Cary Street. This unique beauty shop stocks a curated selection of passionately researched clean beauty products, including makeup in an inclusive shade range, skin and hair care, sun care and locally made and eco-friendly items. A woman-owned, minority-owned small business, Bright Body was founded by Gabi Day in October 2017.

The ethos of Bright Body Boutique is clean beauty with a bigger purpose. Bright Body’s mission is based on three pillars: Good for Our Bodies-—all products and ingredients meet the highest standards for safety and performance; Good for Our Communities—the shop is a safe and inclusive space for all, donating 2 percent of net income to nonprofits and stocking items from other small businesses with similar philanthropic practices; and Good for Our Environment—many products have sustainable, refillable and/or reusable components.
